The 16-year-old Edgardo Montoya was the first grant participant of this program that has already generated a positive response in the community. Edgardo was sharing with the entire team of the company, for 30 days in a row, receiving remuneration and basic knowledge that later served as a bridge to be included in the official team of Impulsa Creativos.
"We all have an experience that marks a before and after in our lives" said Tulio Dávila, CEO of the agency, during a meeting with his team. That is what this program is about, to continue sowing new experiences in the minds and hearts of young people who have the disposition to grow professionally from an early age.
